How Does He Guide You

Do you ever think about the Holy Spirit and who he is? This morning as I was headed into town this is where my mind wandered. I began to meditate on the Holy Spirit and how he has moved in my life.

As I waited in the coffee shop for a friend, I thought about the many times in my life as an adult I have seen this individual, the many times she and I had walked in the same path. She has a humbled spirit, and has a gentle speech. Even not knowing her, I wanted to know her…There was something especially unique about her and I wanted to know who she was. So, while I waited I had a chance to look up some scriptures that have been very personal to me, they represent various ways in which the Holy Spirit has intervened in my own life.

1. He speaks to me through the word of God, where I most recently received a word of Rhema. (John 16:12-15)

2. In (Romans 8:15) it tells us the Holy Spirit is our very own personal guide who leads us in our actions that bring honor to God.

3. Another scripture is in (1 Corinthians 6:19), it tells us the Holy Spirit is present in our body, leading and moving us.

There are others, but these are three that moves pretty regularly in my life. As I reflect back over my days journey, I have a smile up on my face, reveling at the goodness of God. I also have a tendency to think because he loves me so much He uses the Holy Spirit to shift things in my life orchestrating my footsteps into the direction of the appointed time no matter if it’s 1 day, 10 years or 25 the Holy Spirit will guide us in ways we could never imagine….

So I leave you with this question to Ponder over,

How does He guide you?

About Me

My name is Kim Brasher. I started writing back in 2015 not ever really believing I would go any further than just encouraging myself. As I have grown in my relationship with my Heavenly Father, I discovered writing is a gift I have, and as I began to share it with others the Lord encouraged me to go wider with it.

Thoughts to Ponder are just that, something to meditate over, something to consider. How does it relate to you? There is no right or wrong in your answer, we are all on a journey and we each grow differently at different places.

My prayer is that you will be blessed by reading and may you become encouraged. Please feel free to leave your feedback, as it is always welcomed.
